ILD Announces the Acquisition of Andiamo Telecom's International Operator Services Division

ILD Telecommunications, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Andiamo Telecom's Division of International Operator Services. This acquisition broadens ILD’s outsourced services reach into the international marketplace. The integration of Andiamo Telecom’s operator services assets with ILD’s substantial customer base, further solidifies it market penetration in the US and expansion overseas.
ILD has demonstrated steady growth in international market share in recent years.
This acquisition places ILD in a stronger position to compete overseas and address
the needs of international carrier, hotel, and payphone community.
Privately held and based in San Luis Obispo, California, Andiamo Telecom’s
operator services call center division will be integrated with ILD’s existing
Outsourced Services division, which serves communications carriers, hospitality
providers, and telecommunications aggregators. ILD will retain Andiamo Telecom’s experienced sales management personnel, in order to ensure a seamless transition.
