ILD Announces the Deployment of Collect Calls to Cellular Telephones on the Intelis Enhanced Operator Services (EOS) Platform

ILD Telecommunications Inc., a
premier enhanced communication provider, today announced the deployment of Collect to CellSM. This service
allows for collect payment method telephone calls to be placed and billed to cellular telephone subscribers. Collect
to CellSM was launched on the Intelis Enhanced Operator Services (EOS) system after Intelis modified the system to
support additional call processing capabilities required for this new market.
