What is the company’s new name?

“ILD Corp.” For marketing purposes, however, you may see us referred to as “ILD.”

Why are you changing it?

As market dynamics change, so does ILD, and the new corporate name more accurately reflects ILD’s evolution and new business model, which gives online businesses complete back- office support across the full spectrum of business operations, from e-commerce to customer service with cost- effective U.S.- based resources.

What does this mean for ILD?

Other than removing “Telecommunications, Inc.” from our name, it will have no impact on the services our company provides to our clients. We will, of course, transact all future business using our new name, ILD Corp.

I am a customer billed by ILD Telecommunications, Inc. Should payments now be made payable to ILD Corp. instead of ILD Telecommunications, Inc.?

Yes. Please remit payments to ILD Corp. at the same address.

Do I as a client need to do anything?

No. We do not anticipate that any of our clients will be required to do anything in connection with our name change, other than accounts payable.

Will this change affect ILD’s existing contracts?

No. We do not anticipate that this will have an impact on any contracts.

Have you legally changed your name?

Yes. We are in the process of formally changing our name from “ILD Telecommunications, Inc.” to “ILD Corp.”

Will contact information for individuals at ILD change?

All office telephone and fax numbers will remain the same. ILD’s corporate telephone number will remain (904) 273-2440 and our fax number will remain (904) 285-3616. Emails sent to “ildmail.com” email addresses will continue to be received.

Do you have a new website address?

Our URL address will change to http://www.ildcorp.com, and the content on the site reflects the name change. Current ILD companies, including ILD Teleservices (http://www.ildteleservices.com)and Intellicall Operator Services (http://www.intellicalloperatorservices.com), and ILD’s conferencing brand RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions (http://www.800rollcall.com) will continue to operate as usual under the ILD Corp. umbrella. The individual companies will not change their names, nor will their services be interrupted.

Are ILD’s affiliated companies and brands also changing their name?

No, at this time we are not changing the names of ILD Teleservices, Inc. or Intellicall Operator Services, Inc. or our RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions brand.
